The Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) is a coalition of churches and houses of faith in the Hagerstown area of Washington County.
TRUNK OR TREAT for the Hagerstown Community will be held at Hagerstown Church of the Brethren's parking lot on Oct 29 from 6-8 PM. Please wear a mask for safety sake. This is an outdoor event only . Located at 15 S, Mulberry Street. Sponsored by Service and Outreach Team/ HCOB
Zion Reformed UCC will be offering a Halloween Trick or Treat in our parking lot, 201 N .Potomac St., Saturday October 30th from 5:00 – 7:00pm in connection with the Hagerstown Block Party. We will be offering FREE hot dogs, popcorn, candy, hot chocolates and Hugs juice.
