The Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) is a coalition of churches and houses of faith in the Hagerstown area of Washington County.
Donations/sponsorships of the host, Asbury United Methodist Church, are appreciated, but not necessary. Support goes to help with repairs on this historic church.
