The Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) is a coalition of churches and houses of faith in the Hagerstown area of Washington County.
Advent Choral Vespers featuring the Parish Choir and Jonathan Leonard, guest organist. No admission charge for this event. A free-will offering will be received. Social distancing and masking is recommended.
