Yoga Stretch for Flexibility

$15 drop-in or $50 for 5 classes, payable at the door
FOLLOWING  6 p.m. BEGINNER’S YOGA class
Feeling tight, tense, or achy? This class meets you where you are and escorts you into relaxation and limberness and is perfect for bringing relief to tight hips, back, and shoulders. With gentle stretches and movements, students will enjoy increased mobility and decreased pain. This is the perfect antidote to sitting at a desk or working in the garden! Come invest in your self-care and feel better in your body. Class can be taken either on the ground or in a chair. Yoga blocks are recommended. Taught by SANDY MORREL, ERYT 200 Prana Vinyasa® teacher since 2009 and has taught over 6,000 classes to all body types, ages, and activity levels. www.unityhagerstown.org

HARC Hike for Hunger and Hope

11th Annual Hike

Register now and spread the word for the 11th annual HARC Hike for Hunger & Hope! This FUNdraiser benefits HARC and Micah's Backpack, and is a great opportunity for getting outdoors while having a great time. The main hike is a 4K, 10K or half marathon hike/walk/run on the C&O Canal Towpath and the Challenge Hike is a 20-mile hike on the Appalachian Trail.
