Movie projector with reelsCome enjoy an evening of classic silent movies – “The Haunted House” (1921) starring Buster Keaton, and “Haunted Spooks” (1920) starring Harold Lloyd and Mildred Davis; and silent cartoon – “Alice the Whaler” (1927) by Walt Disney. Performed by Dave Calendine, organist for the Fox Theater, Detroit.  Suggested donation $10.

Season of Nonviolence and Peacemaking January 30 - April 4

The official Season for Nonviolence begins by marking the anniversary of the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi on January 30 and ends on the April 4 anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. Between are 64 days of practice of the principles of Gandhi, King, and others to bring about peace and nonviolence in our world today.
