Hagerstown Area Religious Council
The Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) is a coalition of churches and houses of faith in the Hagerstown area of Washington County.
On Thursday, February 16 at 7:00 pm at Broadfording Church, 13523 Broadfording Church Road, Hagerstown, there will be a mission presentation from refugees that have escaped from North Korea. They will share their Christian testimonies, and they will share music from their culture. North Korea is one of the most closed countries in the world.
“I have personally stood at the demilitarized zone in South Korea looking into North Korea. I’ve also read several books written by individuals who have escaped from North Korea. This mission presentation will allow you to meet in person individuals who have escaped, and who will testify of their faith in Christ. Everyone is welcome. Feel free to share this with your church, ministry, or anyone else you think may be interested. And as always, if you have any questions, email me at pastor@broadfording.com.” – Pastor Bill Wyand ,
Together #ForOurCity,
To honor the International Day of Peace, an Interfaith Progressive Dinner will be held at three different local houses of worship with four faith traditions participating. Small plates of food will be served at each location as we progressively move as one group from place to place.
