For many of us the holiday season is hectic. For those who provide primary care to others however, the holidays can bring an increased level of stress. A recognition that we cannot do it all is often what is needed during this time. This informative Facebook Live discussion by Brook Lane therapist Michelle Smith will focus on ways to simplify or scale down holiday expectations and activities and have a more joyful season with loved ones.

Featuring: Michelle Smith, LCSW-C, is an outpatient therapist at Brook Lane’s North Village Outpatient Office. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.  Michelle has been employed with Brook Lane for more than 25 years.
