Hagerstown Area Religious Council
The Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) is a coalition of churches and houses of faith in the Hagerstown area of Washington County.
Pastor Rachel Zeigler has chosen to accept God’s call to become the next Lead Pastor at Hagerstown Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Rachel has over twenty years of experience in children’s ministry. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College, a Masters in Theology and Biblical Studies from Trebecca Nazarene University and is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. An Installation Service for Pastor Rachel as Lead Pastor will be held on Sunday, June 2 at 6:00 PM at the church (141 N. Edgewood Drive, Hagerstown). Everyone is invited to this meaningful service.
The official Season for Nonviolence begins by marking the anniversary of the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi on January 30 and ends on the April 4 anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. Between are 64 days of practice of the principles of Gandhi, King, and others to bring about peace and nonviolence in our world today.
