WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21, 7 pm / $20 (Suggested love offering)
JIM THOMAS, acupuncturist and meditation teacher, will lead a guided sound and toning meditation that will focus on breath awareness and include the use of poetry, singing bowls, shruti box, gong, chimes, nature sounds, and voice. This heart centered meditation will assist the participant in experiencing a deep transcendental state of awareness and awaken the capacity to feel oneself as a part of a greater whole. Our relation ship with the Earth can only be transformed when we experience a profound, heartfelt connection to Life on this planet.

Historic Houses of Worship Tour December 26, 3:00 - 7:00 pm
This annual event is FREE and open to the public. A wonderful opportunity to see the interiors of historic downtown Hagerstown houses of worship. Learn about the architecture and ecumenical heritage from docents and guides. Music, refreshments and local art will be featured at some locations.
