HARC Meeting: Brook Lane “Hope, Healing, Recovery”

April 9 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

We look forward to Brook Lane hosting and offering the program for our April meeting in honor of their 75th anniversary year!

Brook Lane, founded by the Mennonite Church, is western Maryland’s largest, non-profit mental health system. The main campus in Hagerstown, MD is home to the second largest freestanding psychiatric hospital in Maryland, serving children, adolescents, and adults. Brook Lane provides a residential program for children and adolescents, partial hospitalization services for both adults and children and operates Title 1 special education schools in Washington County and Frederick County. Brook Lane’s three outpatient locations in Hagerstown, Frederick and Cumberland offer psychiatry services and therapy for various ages. The InSTEP program provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment options for individuals with substance use treatment needs.

Join us for lunch, fellowship, and this opportunity to learn more about Brook Lane.  RSVP requested by Friday, April 5 at noon so we can get a count for lunch.

————————————————————————–

HARC meetings are typically held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month for lunch, except July and August, with an occasional evening meeting.  The meeting location typically rotates among different houses of faith or affiliate organizations, giving different congregations and organizations an opportunity to host.  Some meetings will be recorded for later viewing, as we are able and the subject allows.
