Otterbein UMC, The American Red Cross and Hagerstown Health Care have partnered to create the opportunity for regularly scheduled, conveniently located blood drives in downtown Hagerstown.

They are growing this drive in 2023 after having to suspend donations during the Covid-19 Pandemic.  THEIR GOAL is to have 25 donors registered for each drive.
