BASE CAMP will meet on Thursday, Dec. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 13025 Greensburg Road, Smithsburg. BASE CAMP is a 12-step oriented recovery program for anyone who deals with substance use disorder or is concerned about a loved one, or for those who deal with chronic or life-threatening illness. Confidentiality is required. Soup supper provided. BASE Camp will meet every Thursday in December and January. Interfaith Progressive Dinner
To honor the International Day of Peace, an Interfaith Progressive Dinner will be held at three different local houses of worship with four faith traditions participating. Small plates of food will be served at each location as we progressively move as one group from place to place.
