Come enjoy a day of dance and meditation with CANDICE TRITCH, founder of DANCE ALCHEMY. Candice will teach one of their signature dances, Haitian Harvest. This workshop includes warm-up exercises, meditation, creative visualization, and step-by-step dance instruction. For all abilities- no dance experience required!
Season of Nonviolence and Peacemaking January 30 - April 4
The official Season for Nonviolence begins by marking the anniversary of the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi on January 30 and ends on the April 4 anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. Between are 64 days of practice of the principles of Gandhi, King, and others to bring about peace and nonviolence in our world today.
