Creekside Manor (formerly Diakon at Robinwood) is seeking clergy to offer services for retirement residents on Sunday afternoons on a rotating basis. Service is typically about 30 minutes. Residents are lonely and desiring clergy presence, so even a once per week service is greatly appreciated. More clergy spreads out the commitment to once/month or less. Other ideas/clergy visits are welcome. If interested, contact Connie Weaver, Activities Director at 240-420-4107.

Moving Interfaith Prayer Vigil held for the Ukrainian People with Call to Action

This one hour program included words of support from faith leaders of different faiths and backgrounds, prayers, song, silence, personal stories, and call to action.
Thank you to our speakers, especially Rev. Volodymyr Grinchenko, who spoke from the heart about his family, who are still living in Ukraine, and the deep impact the invasion is having on his home country. If you watch nothing else of this video, please take time to listen to his words.
