Catching dementia and Alzheimer’s early allows seniors and those directly affected to play a key role in health decisions, making plans, and accessing tailored treatment and support services. Free Medical Equipment Assistance in MD
A collaborative program between GOCI, Faith & Blue, and HAPCOA provides free medical equipment to residents of Maryland who are facing financial constraints. The available equipment includes wheelchairs, hospital beds, walkers, crutches, canes, lift chairs, and toilet seats.

Low Vision Support Group
Do you have difficulty reading? Recognizing faces? Experiencing vision loss? If the answer is yes, please join us as we learn about available resources (guest speakers), learn from others who are dealing with vison loss, and share the journey with each other.
