Alzheimer’s & Dementia awareness and prevention
Catching dementia and Alzheimer’s early allows seniors and those directly affected to play a key role in health decisions, making plans, and accessing tailored treatment and support services. Through a collaboration between GOCI, Faith & Blue, and HAPCOA. Our program provides free medical equipment to residents of Maryland who are facing financial constraints. The available equipment includes wheelchairs, hospital beds, walkers, crutches, canes, lift chairs, and toilet seats.
