Join Church Women United to Celebrate World Day of Prayer.

Program begins at 11:00 followed by a sampling of Palestine foods.
Written by Christian Women of Palestine who are calling us to connect with the land from where Jesus came; where he was born, ministered and died – and from where our faith began and is rooted.
Reservations are not needed and there is no charge. However, a free will offering will be taken for the World Day of Prayer, an international, inter-church organization led by women which enables us to hear the thoughts of those women from all parts of the world: their hopes, concerns, and prayers. WDP promotes justice and equality for women through prayer, partnerships, service, and celebrations.

CWU has an ongoing ministry of collecting health kits. You can bring a health kit to any event. Each Health Kite consists of one of each of these items: large hand towel, wash cloth, comb, bar of soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, and deodorant. Put all items in a gallon locking plastic bag.
