The recital by Candice Mowbray and Danny Webber, features tango-inspired music by Argentinian composer Maximo Diego Pujol, ethereal works by American musician Ralph Towner, and evocative compositions by Brazilian guitarist/pianist Egberto Gismonti. Also included on the program is the duo’s transcription of Duke Ellington’s Fleurette Africaine.
