Held at 9760 Beaver Creek Church Rd, Hagerstown MD
Enjoy a day at the farm, surrounded by nature, laughter, and friends. A day of mindful self-compassion, learning to love and accept exactly who we are. Through meditative art, experiences, and discussion, we move into greater awareness and acceptance of not only our quirks, but the awesomeness we are as well. The program includes music, art, and techniques for taming the inner critic. Lunch is provided.
