Singing Meditation applies the joy of singing to the power of meditation that creates a truly transformative experience. The evening will begin with a 30/40-minute workshop that will give participants practical steps for deepening their connection with Spirit by learning to release their inner voice (no singing experience necessary, just a willingness to make a joyful noise). The workshop will be followed by a 30/40-minute guided singing meditation with Patty and Brent.
