Let’s face it- this past year has had its challenges. During the winter of the pandemic, we may feel the need to establish or deepen our self-care practice, in every area of our life. This class will explore what really is the foundation for self-care on multiple levels of wellness, help participants recognize and self-correct old patterns of unhealthy choices, thoughts and words and incorporate self-compassion and self-care techniques to soothe and support movement through difficult life circumstances. Let’s learn to make choices to shift energy in healthy and life-enhancing ways! Offered on a Love Offering basis.
Tuesdays beginning January 5, 2021 through February 9, 2021 6:30 p.m.- 8 p.m.

The HARC Interfaith Thanksgiving Service held on Sunday, November 24, was a beautiful event full of unity amid appreciation of our differences. The multi-colored leaves on the bulletin cover illustrated this harmony: "[they] are all alike, yet all different. And they fit perfectly together." You can view the recording on Facebook or it will soon be posted on Benevola UMC's YouTube page. Many thanks to the many participants who made this service amazing, and to Benevola United Methodist Church for hosting this year.
