In this two-hour experience with Sandy Morrell, E-RYT300 YACEP, and Sabrina Madsen of Earth Astra, participants will be immersed in a whole-body restorative practice designed to use the energy of the new moon to facilitate healing and abundance.
Heart opening poses and guided meditations will be accompanied by a nourishing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, native flute, intuitive singing, and other beautiful sound healing instruments. Combining relaxed asanas and conscious breathing with a cleansing sound bath allows the body to release blockages in order to open up and receive the abundance of the Universe. NOTE: Yoga props will be available, but if possible, please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow and eye pillow as well as
water and comfortable, loose fitting clothes. You may want to bring a journal to note what you felt during this experience. $40 payable at the door.
