Hagerstown Area Religious Council
The Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) is a coalition of churches and houses of faith in the Hagerstown area of Washington County.
Please join us for this unique and uplifting interfaith service. We invite all members of the community to come together in giving thanks! Service participation will include leaders from Jewish, Christian, Islamic, Baha’i, Buddhist and Secular Humanist faith traditions.
You are invited to stay for a reception following the service with light hors d’oeuvres, wine & other beverages.
Faith Leaders: All faith leaders are welcomed and encouraged to join us for a procession at the beginning of the service and a benediction in unity at the end. Please arrive at 2:30 pm dressed in your traditional liturgical attire, if applicable, to prepare.
Community Choir: Anyone who would like to participate in a community choir for this service, please arrive at 2:00 for a rehearsal prior to the service. You can review the music in advance here.
A free will offering will be taken of shelf-stable food for Trinity Lutheran Church’s food pantry . Monetary donations (checks made payable to HARC) will be given to the food pantry at the Islamic Center of Hagerstown.
