January is HARC’s Annual Meeting, where we will approve the budget, elect officers and conduct other important matters of the business of HARC.  This is also an opportunity to look back at our ministry over the past year and look forward to shape and guide our ministry in 2020.  Please don’t miss this important gathering!

Lunch will be provided by Otterbein United Methodist Church with a free will offering basket.  If you plan to attend, please RSVP  by Friday, January 17 so we can get a head-count.  Please know that you are welcome to come even if you forget to RSVP, but the notice does help with food estimates and seating arrangements.

HARC meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month except July and August. The meeting usually rotates to different houses of faith, giving each an opportunity to host. Meeting time is at 12:30 p.m. for lunch with occasional evening meetings for special programs.

Clergy and/or lay representatives of any Washington County house of worship or faith-based organization are welcome to participate. Only supporting members are eligible to vote.  Other members of the community are also welcome to attend.
