HARC values Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and believes it has an important role in our schools. It was announced in January 2025 that the only position in Washington County Public Schools focused on DEI was to be eliminated, the HARC Board sent letter asking for the Board of Education and Superintendent to reconsider.
