Hagerstown Area Religious Council
The Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) is a coalition of churches and houses of faith in the Hagerstown area of Washington County.
Presented by Dr. Yu-Hsuan Liao, Associate Professor of Piano and Coordinator of Keyboard Studies at Shepherd University. Featuring the American Premiere of Nocturne No.1, by local composer and musician, Harry Sterling. Additional repertoire by Alexander Scriabin, Ming-Hsiang Yen, Carlos Simon, George Crumb, and Heitor Villa-Lobos.
