De-stress, revitalize and create feelings of well-being with traditional Indian yoga. Learn Sun Salutations and basic poses with modifications, breathing techniques, relaxation and chanting. Bring a yoga mat and water.
Facilitated by Jann Richards. Jann received her certification at the Sivananda ashram at Neyyar Dam in Southern India. She’s also been on the program staff at the Satchidananda ashram, Yogaville VA and for the Kids Yoga Camp at Val Morin Canada.

Interfaith Progressive Dinner

To honor the International Day of Peace, an Interfaith Progressive Dinner will be held at three different local houses of worship with four faith traditions participating. Small plates of food will be served at each location as we progressively move as one group from place to place.
