Concordia’s Annual Chili Cook-Off Youth Fundraiser

Annual “Great Bowls of Fire” Chili Cook-Off Youth Fundraiser. Fundraiser for their young people to attend the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans in July. People can purchase voting tickets to vote for the best tasting chili. For more information, contact: Tim Buss, dcetimbuss@gmail.com.

Season of Nonviolence and Peacemaking January 30 - April 4
The official Season for Nonviolence begins by marking the anniversary of the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi on January 30 and ends on the April 4 anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. Between are 64 days of practice of the principles of Gandhi, King, and others to bring about peace and nonviolence in our world today.
