Hagerstown Area Religious Council
The Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) is a coalition of churches and houses of faith in the Hagerstown area of Washington County.
The 11th Annual Youth Prayer Rally, sponsored by the National Day of Prayer-Frederick, will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 in Baker Park, Frederick, Maryland. This is a local observance of the National Day of Prayer. Program starts at 6:00 p.m. with pre-event activities (food, fun, music, giveaways) starting at 5:30 p.m. For youth, includes college and young adults (and their families), to gather and pray publicly for all levels of government and its leaders.
