St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 601 Washington Avenue, Hagerstown, MD, will conduct “Blessing of the Pets” on Saturday, September 30, from 10am until Noon. The event will be conducted on St. Mark’s parking lot, located directly across the street from the Washington Avenue entrance (parking lot is adjacent to Girls Inc.).
