Hagerstown Area Religious Council
The Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC) is a coalition of churches and houses of faith in the Hagerstown area of Washington County.
Join Friends of Congregation B’nai Abraham for a brief Shabbat service and speaker Nancy Kutler who will talk about her mother’s experience during Kristallnacht and surviving several concentration camps. The choir will present special pieces for the occasion. Refreshments and fellowship following. All are invited.
The HARC Hike for Hunger & Hope will be an in-person event (with a virtual option)! The main hike date is set for Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Shepherd's Spring Outdoor Retreat Center with safe social distancing and appropriate COVID protocols. Proceeds will benefit HARC programs, including Micah's Backpack, which continues to provide nutritious food to more than 1,000 food-insecure children in Washington County.
