Yard Sale

Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Rohrersville is holding its annual yard sale.  Country ham, baked ham, turkey sandwiches, homemade soups, chili and baked goods will be for sale on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 8 am to 2 pm.  The sale will be held indoors at Friendship Hall, located at the intersection of MD 67 and Locust Grove Road and is handicapped-accessible.

Furniture, children’s clothing, toys and other items will be offered at the FREE yard sale (donations are accepted).  All proceeds from this event will go to the Mt. Zion Needy Family Fund.

HARC Hike

The HARC Hike for Hunger & Hope will be an in-person event (with a virtual option)! The main hike date is set for Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Shepherd's Spring Outdoor Retreat Center with safe social distancing and appropriate COVID protocols. Proceeds will benefit HARC programs, including Micah's Backpack, which continues to provide nutritious food to more than 1,000 food-insecure children in Washington County.
