Transfiguration Sunday Choral Evensong

The Saint James School Chapel Choir will sing Evensong under the direction of Sam McDaniel. This will be Sam McDaniel’s first appearance on the Music Series at Saint John’s. Free concert, ample parking, reception. Works of Bach, Radcliffe, Brewer, Talbot, and Sowerby will be offered. The program may be viewed live at stjohnshagerstown.org

Season of Nonviolence and Peacemaking January 30 - April 4
The official Season for Nonviolence begins by marking the anniversary of the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi on January 30 and ends on the April 4 anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. Between are 64 days of practice of the principles of Gandhi, King, and others to bring about peace and nonviolence in our world today.
