Welty Church of the Brethren is hosting a Fall Fest & Trunk-or-Treat event Saturday, October 26th from 4 – 6 pm at the church located at 13465 Greensburg Rd., Smithsburg. Check out the car trunks all decked out with fun decorations and get a treat at each one. Make a child-size scarecrow, decorate a pumpkin, or make a craft (materials provided while they last). Costumes are welcome (non-scary). This faith-filled event is totally free!  Activities will be outdoors but would move indoors in the event of inclement weather.
