The Interfaith Domestic Violence Coalition presents “Calling All Clergy – Uniting the Faith-based Community against Domestic Violence”

Conference Co-Chairs: Honorable Karen C. Friedman, Judge, Circuit Court for Baltimore City and Honorable Catherine Chen, Judge, District Court of Maryland

This Conference is tailored to the needs of clergy of all faiths, faith-based leaders, advocates, community leaders, and law enforcement.

Conference attendees will hear from experts on, but not limited to:

The Unique Dynamics of Domestic Violence;
The Effect of Domestic Violence on Children;
Safety Planning;
Security Issues in Sanctuaries;
Legal Ramifications of Protective and Peace Orders;

HARC Hike

The HARC Hike for Hunger & Hope will be an in-person event (with a virtual option)! The main hike date is set for Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Shepherd's Spring Outdoor Retreat Center with safe social distancing and appropriate COVID protocols. Proceeds will benefit HARC programs, including Micah's Backpack, which continues to provide nutritious food to more than 1,000 food-insecure children in Washington County.
